Here is how the website and try-on feature handle data technically.

Camera during try-on

Try-on requests camera access through your browser. Tracking processes images on your device. The website has no feature that uploads those camera images to INZOVISION. Close the try-on window to end the session.

Contact

The contact form prepares a message in your browser. You send it yourself using your email app. Once sent, INZOVISION receives the information you share to handle your enquiry. Only share what is needed.

Portal and usage

The customer portal uses account details, organisation access, product files and management activities to provide the service. Login session information is stored in your browser. Try-on may report technical events such as opens and camera starts; these are not camera images or facial landmarks.

Network services

Loading the website, models and software sends requests to hosting and technical services. These services receive information including your IP address. The marketing pages do not load external fonts or advertising trackers. Try-on uses its own technical loading and measurement routes.

Questions about your data

Email info@inzovision.com with questions or requests about your personal data. Do not include a password. For personal data relating to an order from a jeweller, contact that store.
